The Netherfield Ball: classic. Predictable. Immortalized. But what if Elizabeth were forced to relive it over and over and over again? Night after night after night? Elizabeth: clever. Witty. Confident. Suddenly, her confusion and desperation make her question things she long thought she knew. Mr. Darcy: proud. Unapproachable. Ill-tempered. In this world where nothing is as it seems, Elizabeth must learn to see through new eyes. Including a man she thought she hated. Let the hilarity ensue.

When Persephone Lancaster receives a marriage proposal from the ill-tempered Duke of Kielder, she refuses - and then reconsiders. Story
In New York Times best-selling author Cathy Maxwell's new novella, beautiful Jennifer Tarleton has no lack of noble suitors, but the only man who captures her attention is the one her father will never let her marry: Fyclan Morris. He's a brash adventurer, witty, courageous...and Irish! Even worse, her father blames her for their reversal of fortune. And it's a fortune - or, rather, his grandmother the fortune-teller - who foretold that Fyclan would meet "the one", a love prophesied in the stars.

Prunella
Should Prunella marry the boy her mother picked for her? He is someone she has known forever, boring, and condescending. He also needs to learn no, means no. Or should she go for the Captain: dashing, daring, and sexy. Go for the Captain! This was a short and sweet story, great to finish in one afternoon. The characters continue from previous stories but can easily be read as a stand-alone. The narration was well done. I received a free copy of this audiobook, and am voluntarily leaving my review.

taking a step back before the first in series
Harry Frost had the voice to carry off this clean sweet historical romance series. It was interesting that this installment took a few steps back to the first of the Allington daughters. The series thus far has been entertaining. The shorts gives you a quick story from beginning to end allowing you to follow a new romance with minimum time. Thank you Daisy for the stories, Harry for the cadence and flow of the narration through voice, and the crispness of the audio quality.
