EQ masterclass

Needed some emotional intelligence in my life as I've struggle with showing empathy towards other which was brought up in my last work review with my boss. So I decided to learn about it and this audio was brilliant at giving you everything you need to know and to help me develop great empathy for my team which in turn has helped me in managing them better and understanding them as people. EQ is something I really needed to work on and this gave me great tips and tricks to iron out my cold front and be better connected with those I work with and manage.
