Explica muy bien como funciona el ayuno en una manera resumida e interesante, sin tanto texto rebuscado , explica las enfermedades que pueden llegar a remisión al practicar de buena manera el ayuno. Enseña los diferentes tipos de ayuno, sus pros, sus contras y la mejor manera de realizarlos.
Me ayudó mucho, ya que yo después de casi 5 años de realizar ayuno, con este libro entendí que no lo estaba haciendo de la manera correcta y pude corregirlo.
