Narration is outright disrespectful.

As the title states, the narration is downright AWFUL. It was off-putting from the very beginning, as the narrator sounds like a condescending side-show barker. I said I would try to bear it for the sake of the information but my God, mispronouncing the title topic (it is pronounced eh-goon, not eggun) was like nails on a chalkboard. Then, when he pronounced ashé (ah-shay) as "ash," and Ile (ee-lay) as (eye-lay) I almost tossed my phone.

I do not know how much input authors have on who narrates their works on this platform, but if she did have input, both she and the narrator should be downright ashamed, as there was NO EFFORT WHATSOEVER in attempting to pronounce even the simplest terms. It is disrespectful to those of Yoruba descent and Ifa practitioners both in Africa and the Diaspora.
