Jack Sullivan has sacrificed nearly everything chasing an untold secret—hidden for centuries during the chaos of war. Heartbroken and alone, he’s granted one last chance for redemption, plunging into historical mystery and peril.

Transport yourself between the heat of battle during the French & Indian War and today’s high-stakes treasure hunt. When Major General Braddock faces his final foe, a fortune vanishes. Centuries later, Jack deciphers cryptic clues, evades traps, and battles enemies to uncover it. In “Dan Brown-style” suspense, he risks everything to unearth the past—and perhaps restore himself.

“National Treasure meets Indiana Jones,” this action-packed thriller combines rich history with unrelenting suspense. Echoes of Fortune tests love, loyalty, and courage in a high-stakes adventure.

Interesting story!

Captivating and held my attention. Well written and engaging. I always enjoy treasure hunts and historical novels so this one fit the bill.

Good story, but no way is the “narrator” human

The story was good, and I learned more about Braddock and Washington and Clark than I knew before. But the narration, which had the telltale signs of an automated voice instead of a human, did a disservice to what was an interesting and inventive weaving of history and fiction.
