About this listen

Lord Brian Kennington, Fifth Earl of Connlee, is a master of persuasion. When he crosses paths with the not-too-proper Lady Minerva Fox, he determines that she needs a bit of excitement in her life, and he knows just how to deliver. He will live up to his moniker, the Earl of Persuasion, as he sweeps her along a path of adventure and romance.

The only problem with his plan: Love was not a part of the equation.

horrible sound

the story was ok, but the narration sound was horrible. the narrator made the main male character sound like a frog, and the vole kept dropping st various points. i was hoping to return this book but couldn't seem to find the right tab, so I struggled to the end, I love the series for the most part but this one was a big disappointment.

the recording was so bad it was almost impossible

fortunately it was a very short book. don't bother with this one, the story was unimaginative and the reading was over dramatic.

Very enjoyable

I loved the story. Performance was nice, captivating. The sound quality reminded me of an old-radio, pre-television era. Some might not like it but I felt it helped me to envision a world without all our technology. Can’t wait to hear more from this author and the reader!
