About this listen

Experience the adventure of this epic fantasy box set featuring nine books of dragon riding excitement…

Dragons and dragon riders are all that stands between Ragond and total annihilation. But Ragond is a realm that exists beside Earth, and when portals begin to open, everyone is in danger.

In the Ragond’s Portal War trilogy Nova’s life changes forever when a dragon whisks her and her best friend, Zephyr, into the magical world of Ragond. With an uptick in the mysterious and unstable portals between worlds, she must embark on a quest to discover the truth about Ragond’s past. In the Reaping of Ragond trilogy, Kira must leave her village for the first time to find a cure for a disturbing dragon sickness. Strangers from a faraway realm say they want to help, but their leader is hiding secrets, and the Aurium may be lying about their true purpose.

In the Ragond’s Witch Hunter trilogy, Yanna is flung into Ragond, separated from the only family she knows. But when a dissonant timeslip between Earth and Ragond threatens the very existence of both worlds, Yanna is forced to decide if family is more than flesh and blood…before Ragond’s time runs out. This thrilling young adult dragon fantasy box set includes the complete world of Ragond—nine novels by Queen of the Dragons Ava Richardson that invite you to immerse yourself in a world of epic magic, fierce dragons, and fearless heroes.

Dragon Riders of Ragond: Nine Book World Boxset

I really love the Dragon Riders of Ragond series! The stories in these nine (9) audiobooks are fascinating and engaging.
The boxset contains 3 trilogies, nine books total:
• Ragond’s Portal War trilogy - Dragon Link, Dragon Rebellion, Dragon Alliance
• Reaping of Ragond trilogy - Dragon’s Fate, Dragon’s Power, Dragon’s Hero
• Ragond’s Witch Hunter trilogy - Dragon’s Mate, Dragon’s Protector, Dragon’s Realm
The characters are well-developed and the story is interesting. Earth born Nova and her best friend Zephyr (Ragond’s Portal War) are realistic, interesting and lovable. - Kira (Reaping of Ragond) is looking for the cure for a dragon sickness. - Yanna (Ragond’s Witch Hunter) must try to save Ragond and Earth when a dissonant timeslip threatens them both.
The stories are well-written and easy to understand even though the magical world of Ragond is not like earth the people are very human. They are all enjoyable reads with lots of action, interesting story lines and delightful characters that will hook you and keep you reading.
Ava Richardson has a lot of writing skill and a wonderful imagination you cannot go wrong with her books. She creates lovable characters and intricate worlds. This audiobook boxset is narrated by Rebekah Nemethy who does a wonderful job. Ava has definitely moved to my favorite authors list.
