In this course, we will focus on teaching you the most important vocabulary and phrases that you will need to know in order to communicate effectively while traveling in the Dominican Republic.
Over the course of 10 sessions, we will cover a variety of topics, including restaurant ordering, hotel check-ins, directions, visiting places, and shopping. Each session will include a variety of interactive activities and exercises designed to help you practice your speaking and listening skills.
Our course will also feature native Dominican Spanish speakers, who will help you to learn the nuances of the dialect and understand the local culture.
By the end of this course, you will be able to confidently order food in restaurants, check in at hotels, ask for directions, and shop for souvenirs in local markets. You will also have a solid foundation in the Dominican Spanish dialect, which will enable you to communicate with locals in a more meaningful way.
