This is an excellent resource for a men’s study, or to use to help you become the best version of you! I’m using the audio for some sessions of our study of the book. It’s like Jim is teaching - so the men don’t have to listen to me. I also like the self evaluation at the end of each chapter because it shows where I need improvement.
