Not quite there.

I think this could have been a great story. It just does not have much in the way of character development or follow through. Why is it that we only hear about these kids not going through puberty until book two? It said the pills inhibited their emotions and hormones several times but not complete development. Also why are these grown, fully mature guys wanting to be with girls with no breasts or development? That is a bit creepy. If the girls have started to go through puberty now that they are off the pills then why are we not hearing Mariah talk about all she is feeling about her development and possibly getting a period. That would have to happen before babies. It just missed the mark on being a great story.
