This book started out as your run of the mill vampire fantasy, but then quickly turned into something much much worse and much cheesier. The romance in this book tries way too hard and feels so underdeveloped. Made me cringe at times.Not to mention the narrator sounded like an automated monotone throughout the whole book. No inflection, no excitement.
