Amateur Sleuth

I enjoyed listening to this cozy mystery audiobook narrated well by Tiffany Williams. This book has witty moments involving a cat. The main character literally stumbles upon a dead body.

Cosy mystery

1st in a series. Sets up the small town, lovable characters while telling a great story. Narrators were wonderful. Definitely be listening to the next one.

4 1/2 stars for me. I enjoyed this audiobook and beginning of this cozy mystery series. Stormy Day was smart, intuitive, and tenacious woman. She accidentally found her dead neighbor and took it upon herself to help law enforcement find the killer. I found all Stormy's personal interactions between each main character to be very entertaining, from the head detective (childhood classmate) to her new tenant (Logan, looking for more between these two) to her father and his current roommate. I have to add in the darling Jeffrey, a cat, that helped and loved Stormy. Looking forward to the next in the series. The narration by Tiffany Williams added life to the characters and the story. Enjoyed listen to her.
