Of course the Spider of Underland is weaving his web, twisting minds and turning hearts against her so she has to rely on her own shifty contacts if she's going to manage to eat six impossible things for breakfast. Toxic dragon lords of death aren't for nice feeder witches, but a girl can try.
With dragons to defy, and love to deny, it’s a mission that Arrietty will accomplish or die in the process. Just kidding. She'll only be captured and caged by one of the deadly dangerous predators that find her so interesting. Death would be better.
This modern Alice in Wonderland twisted tale is the second in a three book stand-alone series in the Darkly Sweet World that you can read on its own. It will have you cheering for the witch and her happily ever after. What? There weren’t any witches in Alice in Wonderland? Well, there should have been.
