Hi. I'm an alter! My name is Kaylie and I am six years old. My daddy put this book on for me and I really liked it. It's my favourite book now! One of the bigger ones inside is helping me spell and so is daddy. This book made me feel safe. I know it isn't my fault. Thank you Jade!!!!!!

Perfect thing to play for a "little" altar

I feel this is the perfect thing for me to play for my partner with DID when he is having a stressful time and it triggers him to become a "little." I love his 4 year old altar. He gets so scared and anxious. I try to soothe him by telling him he is safe but this book feels like it will do just that. I planned with him to next time tell him when he is little to look for his older self within him and this book makes it so much easier because the writer has an understanding of this on a deep and possibility personal level. I really think it will help his little be less scared.

I'm 28 and found out I have DID a few months ago. I met some of my alters for the first time a few days ago. One of them is 5 and very scarred. She hides in closets and feels very alone. I'm going to play this book every night while I fall asleep. This really helped her. Thank you so much ❤
