Understanding some of my issues

For years I have multi task, and I was okay with that until my physical health problems got worse and I had to stop working. Now I struggle with everyday tasks that were once so easily solved. I become irritable when I am not able to complete a task in a time frame that I have established, yet I still tried to multi task. Now that I have an easier and better understand of what my ADD is and I will seek additional help with my condition.
