Great Path Into The Future

This book opens a ton of new story ideas, new world building, new characters and much better opportunities for all races to fit into and play essential roles in Earth's and Annumati's futures.

I.T. Lucas has the best sense of humor!!!! ;)

The clan finally makes it to the cruiseline ship to start their 10 day travel.
Mias friend Frankie joins the cruise.
Dagor meets Frankie
Dagor talks with Gabi the robot serving drinks whose name is Bob…….. She explains what BOB stands for.
"BOB is also an acronym for a battery-operated boyfriend." Dagor's eyes widened. "I was not aware that humans had invented such sophisticated lifelike pleasure robots. Where can I get my hands on one?"
Negal chuckled. "Some males get excited over meeting an interesting female. Dagor gets excited about meeting an interesting piece of machinery."
I think this is the funniest thing I’ve read in this series.

Even Gods have weaknesses.

What a great tale moving the clan to a cruise ship celebrating weddings each day and bringing together strangers to find new love. The start of a three part tale of the clan with challenges brought in by the fates to test the clans strength and cleverness to foil their enemies plans. All while Ananni learns the truth of her past and how it now directs her future. Friendship loyalty and patience guiding the way to a better future.

shits getting reeeeaaallly good

I always wish these stories were longer and more drawn out but I'm absolutely obsessed with the story development and uniqueness of the over arching plots. I gobble up these books far too quickly and give myself serious book hangover! love the narrator as always.

my gripes with this series as a whole: 1. the sex scenes throughout the series are practically copy and pasted with the same verbiage and patterns. never enough steaminess to make me blush, but I do believe the author could completely abandon romance and choose to delve deeper into fantasy writing without losing the audience that has made it this far! 2. (I've only read via audiobook so don't come at me!) Why exactly can't the O-doos* be the ones building more of themselves/deciphering the elements and materials and codes/ as long as they're given parameters by their masters? So much I could say about this. 3. as the series progresses we spend less time with the main couple featured. I'd rather have a longer book if it means we actually get to hear about the nuances of the newest main couple and get to revisit characters from previous novellas. 4. If Annani's* clan KNOWS that a dormant can produce dormant offspring with a clan member more easily than if they are both immortal (like with navuhs breeding program) then why wouldn't they give young, confirmed dormant women the option of trying for children prior to inducing them and potentially waiting hundreds of years if ever to conceive?? like why hasn't a single character explored this option? I get that semen+bite=induction but previous books have shown that it's possible even though it might be uncomfortable for the immortal male. ESPECIALLY GIVEN their need to increase their population AND having several gods on deck should the dormant need life saving care during their pregnancy and birth.

The clarity and tone of voice.

I love the story line and the easy in which the person talks reads the novel.
