Perfect. Should Be Required Reading.
If there was ever a book that said everything I wish my family and friends knew about me, then this is it.
Dark Valleys is the most perfect, compassionate, tough love writing on depression that I've ever read.
I listened to the audiobook after reading the printed version and this narrator matched the voice in my head. I've listened to hundreds of audiobooks and this was the most realistic narration ever.
If only I could put each chapter of Todd Smith's guidance into action at the same time...
I also gained A LOT of insight into Psalm 23.
And sheep. : )
