About this listen

USA Today bestselling authors Avelyn Paige and Geri Glenn return with the second book in the Black Hoods MC, showing that there's a thin line between love and hate.

Years ago Shelby Dawson fled, with nothing but a broken heart and a baby on the way. She never expected to see him again. She sure as hell never wanted to need him.

Until her daughter meets the wrong man online.

Until her daughter is taken.

When Shelby shows up at the clubhouse, drenched in rain and crying over her missing daughter, he wants to hurt her like she'd hurt him.

But when he discovers the missing daughter is his, he'll rain down hell on whoever took her, and he might just find redemption in the process.

Contains mature themes.

Good Story

Short story with some humor, little drama, pregnancy, kidnapping and brotherhood. FMC left the MMC the night of his patch party because she thought she saw him in bed with two club girls and never told the MMC that she was pregnant - she left. Must listen to know the full story. Likable MC’s. Epilogue with a HEA.

Hashtag and Shelby

Wow, just wow. This was an emotional, intense, suspenseful, but heartwarming journey to go with Hashtag aka Wyatt and Shelby. I enjoyed every single heart pounding moment of this book. Alexander Cendese and Stephanie Rose did an outstanding job bringing these amazing characters and intense story to life,

💘

True love will always win all. They just get better with each one. Can't wait to start the next one. The performance is great just maybe not so breathy in the sex parts it make it sound a bit fake.

Short & Easy read 2nd chance love Hash-tag/Shelby

No Violence, I'd say it's a PG read. Storyline is sad - so much time wasted I kinda hated Shelby, she was 100% at fault. Focus on the 2 main characters, other then names you really don't know anything about the other MC Members.

This was a rush job.

Thus story wasn't developed. it was rushed and the main issue felt like a second thought. The first book was good. This one was a miss.

almost had me .. but still... flat

Wyatt (Hashtag) & Shelby: triggers- human trafficking, drugs, online security and gaming, virtual grooming. This book had me caught up once the author went to present day. Shelby shows up again out of the blue 12 years later after breaking Wyatt's heart to ask for his help. Her daughter is missing and he's the only one who can save her. This book was partially explosive. But again I expected more from the MC. Like I wanted them to get in there, track down the big bad and shut down the organization but it was more life we headed up the climax of the story and instead of a steady climb down... We find it it's a cliff and we even get to hang from it... The author just kind of drops us to the floor with nothing but the end of the book. That is what drives me nuts about this series. It's not gritty enough. It's too fluffy. But I'm gonna hang in there because I'm curious about who's story of next.
