Absolutely amazing

I've always been fascinated with the mystery of the subconscious. With attempts at self-hypnosis and NLP, I've been able to change certain behaviors that have been in control of me for some time now. The Author really breaks it down nicely, without all the scientific fluff, to easily guide you through an amazing way of self-healing for a happy and healthy life. Great book!
