This DBT and CBT 2 in 1 book really helped me understand a clear side of what each area consists and really how to overcome some of our emotional well being. One thing I really enjoyed as well about the book is the illustration of mindfulness and understand how we can read and interpret our own thoughts from different perspectives. It is very easy for us adults and teens to get stuck in the now and not take a step back on what is really going through our minds. This helped understand those view points. Well done
