such a cute book

first time reading or listening to this author I loved it however I was mad it took all the book for Allyiah and Ahmad to express their feelings. of course Wesleigh shioban did the damn thing on this book. I want to hear more from this author.

Extremely Enjoyable!!!

This book is very well written. It is funny, thought provoking and “hot”. I love the banter between the characters. I finished it one day. Oh and Wesleigh Siobhan is an outstanding narrator.

A true summer read

I need Part 2; the story ends with a cliffhanger. But over all this book is a great read it draws you from the beginning and immediately comes in with the spice. You learn that Aaliyah is confident but gets in her own head a lotttt. Ahmad is a gentleman but has his own demons he is hiding himself as he enjoys a summer watching Aaliyah but friends become lovers and in denial is good. Aaliyah doesn’t let her weight be an issue for her and speaks up to call people out before they disrespect her. It’s a true curvy girl read. Be bold and be you.

Babe this book is a must read/listen

I enjoyed this book from beginning to end I have to say it is my absolute fav of all the books I have listened to . It was funny and very relatable. So don’t look any further you won’t be disappointed.

Unexpected storyline

I loved this book. I was pleasantly surprised by the themes this author addressed: body image, self acceptance, trauma, and relationships. The storyline was so captivating I finished this book in a day and a half. Annnnnnnnnd the narrator truly brought the story to life.

Everything and More!!

This book gave me all the feels! As a curvy girl myself I definitely appreciated the raw reality of the struggles but bringing it back to pure confidence and self love! And the way Ahmad took care of Aaliyah was unmatched! And I must give props to the amazing Wesleigh Siobhan!! My first time listening to an audiobook with just her narrating and I didn’t even miss a male voice. She’s truly the GOAT!

I cant remember the last time i read a book that kept me smiling from start to finish! I absolutely loved it!

I listened to this book in 3 days!!! It was such a great listen! Honestly I hope there is a second book to talk about Aaliyah’s friends if not this first book was perfect! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Aaliyah and Ahmad…

I loved this book from the first page! The opening is sultry and the story line is impeccable! I loved the chemistry between the characters. Real life issues come to life in this book and makes me appreciate it even more!

Loved the character development and how they fit into the storyline.

One of the things I enjoyed and appreciated is how the family, friends and colleagues were equally part of the story. I also appreciated the way online dating was part of the story. The pitfalls, angst, awkward moments and deception coupled with the hope and desire to truly meet someone special.
