I could feel myself getting excited at the intro of the book. It's actually a dream come true for me. As a greeting card designer, I have dreamt of the capability of designing more. This is definitely the answer I sought and have yearned for this for years! I can't wait to get started. This book is very easy to listen to and I'm confident that it will put me on the path to more creative greetings card designs.

This book is more like an easy-to-follow coaching course that I am sure to return to again and again.

I am so excited

This book is so detailed with instructions and pictures. My confidence is really boosted, and I am ready to tackle a few of the projects I have been wanting to do. I love the pictures. I love the way this is written. You can really tell the author is experienced and passionate. I am sure I will be buying more copies as gifts!

The BEST Cricut book on the market!

This audiobook has WAY more info. than I expected. It’s jam-packed with anything you could possibly need to know about Cricut machines, talking about the latest models and also Cricut Joy. It walks you through all you could imagine is necessary - and more - when getting started. It is genuinely incredibly thorough. I am just so confident now! I was also delighted to receive the free pdf copy of the book to have a look at while listening, especially for the illustrations. The author just makes it so easy for her readers. I strongly encourage you to check out the pdf as the pictures are so detailed, and the step-by-step instructions are like nothing else I’ve seen. It is such an incredible reference book, and the narrator’s pitch and flow were spot on making it an easy listen, too. I highly recommend it 😀

A fabulous book that keeps me engaged!

I love listening to how to do projects that I can jump in and do. I can see I would never finish some because I would skip an important step. I would never finish it! The narrator is so easy to understand I get the sequence needed to complete projects. There are chapters that give me new ideas about materials and how to save things for later. It's a bit like sewing when I was young and I would love to create something original. Learning about the extra tools is necessary so I can concentrate on a design. I feel the author can help me and my friends who love Cricut as much as I do. Thank you ever so much!

Something I’ve always wanted to learn!

Wow! Everything you always wanted to know about Cricut in one place. Anyone can get started with this excellent step-by-step guide. It’s full of details, explanations, tricks and hints. And the voice you hear is full of excitement and leads you from one revelation to another. I loved it! Newbies to Cricut should definitely find this little gem.

I didn't think I was a Newbie!

I LOVE my Cricut! I've been using it for a couple of years now and thought I knew what I was doing. I received this book as a gift and after thumbing through the amazing illustrations I decided I wanted to actually read it. But who has time for that? I was thrilled to see that there was an audiobook version available and I bought it to listen to on my drive from Tennessee to Indiana. I was AMAZED! This book is so well written and the audio is spectacular! I now know that I was indeed a newbie. This book taught me so many things about my Cricut that I never would have known! With the information I learned from this book I am now making much more complex, professional looking designs AND in a fraction of the time I was spending! EVERYONE who owns a Cricut should have a copy of this book!

Great resource

This book is so welcoming and reassuring with charming illustrations. A great narrator who captures the spirit, passion, and humor of the author. The author is so inspiring and encouraging. She explains everything you need to do so you can craft anything you want with your Cricut. Ms. Chowdhury weaves in examples, explanations, and a bit of history that really appealed to me. You can literally get the Cricut machine and become an expert overnight. It is also a bonus that she has a Facebook group and website to continue the journey.

Extremely helpful!

I think the true strength of this book is the attention to detail. While many Cricut books would have glossed over the click-by-click play-by-play instructions for how to go from pure beginner to knowing how to create your own Cricut masterpieces, this book goes through the instructions and assumes nothing. You are led (and the narrator has a lovely, soothing, encouraging, and articulate voice) through what could have been a complicated mire but is instead a simple line through DesignSpace. I am very impressed with the quality of this book. It is exceptionally detailed, lovely, and empowering.

WONDERFUL, LUCKY FIND!

Cricut For Newbies has pulled me down a rabbit hole of no return! I have always wanted to buy a Cricut machine but have been intimidated. This book, however, has made me feel comfortable enough to try it because of its simple, down-to-earth introduction and step-by-step guidance into the Cricut world. Anyone who has any "craft bone" in them at all ( and those who wish they had :)), will definitely fall in love with this easy book. The author has nailed it beautifully and, to me, is a master Cricut teacher for beginners. Good job indeed!
