Steamy Adventure
Can’t wait for book 2! I wish audible would release more at once. The narration was great and the story was well paced with just the right combination of steaminess/adventure. Highly recommend if you enjoy a fae romance.

Nice book, 3 out 5 stars
Good book, good story but it gets dull at points and I feel the author hyper fixated on the inner monologue of the main character which maybe why I felt like it the story just creeped by at times. I would definitely read the following books of the series though. Nice dusting of spice too.

Didn't see it coming
This series was such a surprise to me. Great build up. Appropriate spice. A legit enemies to lovers. If you're looking for something different in this genre, give this one a go. I'm still upset that the last one isn't out. lol. I've listened to a lot of smut and this one took me on a colorful journey. ;)

Loved it!
I ended up really liking this book. It started a little slow, but I think the author was building a foundation for the other books in the series, but it picked up, and I was hooked. I was so relieved that it wasn't another poor imitation of other more popular fantasy romance books. I'm so tired of that. This one had its own unique take on things, and I'd definitely recommend it. I also really liked the narrator. I jumped right into book 2 as soon as it ended. Fingers crossed it's just as good.

Good building series.
So far I enjoyed it. It’s a slow start. Too much inner thought monologues, slow to finally get into any major story line but could just be a slow build. The sex is awesome, not to much or too little.

Excited to read the second book!
I’ll admit, it was a little slow in the first two chapters, but not slow enough for me to have to force myself to get through it. I really enjoy the aspects of the magic in this world! It’s very different than other magic based series I’ve read. I’m so excited to read book two! Heading back over to Audible now to get it!!

Hang in there! 2nd half of book is good!
Good narration. The 1st half of the book is frustrating because the annoying FMC irrational arguing and story is sloooow to start. Good spice and story does evolve and you get invested.
