I WAS NERVOUS....

I WAS NERVOUS ABOUT THIS BOOK....But let me tell you, IT ENDED UP BEING AMAZING!!! I Can't wait to listen to the next 1!!! WAIT IS THERE A NEXT ONE??? THERE BETTER BE!! Yes this book could be a "STAND ALONE" But I sure hope it's a series!!

Really Good!!! HOT!!!

Wow... wasn't expecting that... This book was so good. Lucy aka (virgin) Mary ran away at 14 and right into the hands of Jordan... prospect biker. Story was very well written... good surprise at the end... I was on pins and needles... after Lucy decided to take another prospect with her to get her sister from the compound she came from... well that didn't work out too nicely... Happy ever after ending though... Great!!! On to Twister's book!!!

This is the second Alexis Noelle book that I have listened to and all I can say is Wow, she knows how to tell one h*ll of a story. From the first sentence you are pulled into the story.

Intense, gritty, heartbreaking, raw, and very emotional. While there is eventually a HEA it's a twisted, vile and heartbreaking ride to get there. There is also a sweet sexy romance full of love and hope so it's not all heartbreak.

Even though this is a short book it absolutely doesn't feel like it. The story takes place over a 4 year period, the darkest parts of the story take place after Lucy turns 18.

The story is very dark, violent and graphic at times including rape. Not for the faint of heart.

The story is a bit different than most MC books in the fact that the club helps an underage girl fleeing her fanatical religious family for good reason. The Deathstalkers basically end up "adopting" her into the club family.

Shoshana Franck does a really great job with the narration. Clearly spoken. Pleasant voice. Great character voices both male and female. She brings the story and characters to life, making you feel all of their emotions.

MC to the rescue~

This was surprising and suspenseful. So much more than I expected. As with MC books it has those rough moments yet it draws me deeper into a world that fascinates me nevertheless.
We'll written and nice narration.

Would you consider the audio edition of Corrupted to be better than the print version?

i havent read the printed version but a;ways prefer audio books to paper.

the scene at the end with her sister amy

her raw emotion

Life Can Be Brutal

Would you listen to Corrupted again? Why?

Not sure, I enjoyed the story and Shoshanna's performance was great deal. I'm on the fence about listening to it again due to some of the graphic parts. They had to be included to make the story what it is, I have no doubt.

What other book might you compare Corrupted to and why?

Forbidden & Tempted ( Death Dealers MC ) similar in some scenarios but still different enough to without to much comparing.

What about Shoshana Franck’s performance did you like?

Her performance was great, I really enjoyed her work.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

Yes, some parts I found a little to confronting but the storyline called for these details to be included I believe.

This is an MC book, not a hard core MC book, but it does have some very violent parts that will including rape.

Lucy, I just loved her she is so tough and then so broken.

WOW did all that really happen? I kinda thought the 1st part of the book was a little slow BUT don't stop the end will make up for it. I had a book hangover for days after the ending of this book. It was deep, emotional hard listening but it was sooo good!

I had really high hopes for this book but I couldn’t get over the fact of the lustfulness of a underage girl. I know nothing happened until she was 18 but I still couldn’t get that part of my head which made it hard for me to listen to… It is possibly just a personal preference overall I wanted to like the book but that one fact kept me from enjoying it…I didn’t care for the narrator for the male portion of the reading I felt kind of awkward.
