Great, concise outline, well worth it

These books were great overviews for the main bar topics. I found them to be a great resource since I commute a lot. great way to refresh (or learn) the material for the bar. February 2019 bar taker in IL.

A Solid, Concise Outline.

This outline was generally pretty good. I found two errors, however. First, the outline states that gerrymandering itself is subject to strict scrutiny. This is only correct with respect to racial gerrymandering, at least as of April 2017. Second, the outline states that a school which allows a moment of silence before classes is violating the Establishment Clause outright. This is certainly true in cases where the purpose of the moment of silence is explicitly for prayer, but as a blanket statement, it is (most probably) not correct. At the very least, the law is ambiguous here. Those two minor errors of nuance aside, this was a great outline and I am very happy that I found it.

Con law review

This is a relatively concise review of American federal constitutional law. It hits all the major concepts, most of the important fact patterns, and some of the major cases, though it does not present an historical review. It is for law school and bar review but can be used for CLE (continuing legal ed). If you took The Teaching Company (The Great Courses) course on the history of the Supreme Court and enjoyed it, you might enjoy this. If you took Law School for Everyone, this is a good supplement to that too. I recommend this course to any citizen or person who wishes to learn the principal concepts of American con law.

A model of clarity, if a bit shy on detail

This is a very well-put-together survey of Con Law. It moves along briskly and breezily through the outline. The pauses and bits of piano tune give just a breathing-space between each bit, which is nice. The narration is clear and quite adequate. It is not the full Con Law course in the sense of lots of cases, but it briefly hits some very major ones. It has a straightforward statement of each main rule and concept.

Consistent and Corresponding with classes.

I used the Audio outlines for all of my first and second year and they were excellent and engaging tools for me to turn on and follow along. Easily have listened to the con law outlines four or more times and use the chapter function to go back to specific areas.

Learn in small bites

This is an excellent way to study the Constitution in gradual steps. A tad dry but very informative. Found myself re-listening to chapters which helped concepts sink in. mlm
