About this listen
Your period has power. Embrace your natural cycle, work with your hormones, and connect to the innate feminine wisdom of your menstrual cycle.
Women experience 350-500 menstrual cycles in their lifetime. But your period is way more than PMS, carb cravings, and lady rage. It's actually a four-part code that, once cracked, will uncover a series of monthly superpowers, and working with your menstrual cycle is a key to wellness, self-esteem, and empowerment.
In Code Red, Lisa Lister shares how to live and work in complete alignment with the rhythms of nature, the moon, and your menstrual cycle. Discover:
· how to attune to the phases of your cycle, from pre-ovulation to menstruation, to find the best times for planning, manifesting, and achieving your goals–from supercharged fertility and sexuality to emotional clarity, spiritual insight, and creative vision
· rituals, exercises, and yoga practices to support you in each phase of your monthly cycle
· herbal healing remedies for hormonal balance, sexual energy, enhanced fertility, energy, and cleansing
· how to release shame and embrace your sacred feminine energy
· easy-to-follow strategies and insights for birth control, fertility issues, reproductive health, and much more
Be inspired by insights from Wise and Wild Women like Meggan Watterson, Alexandra Pope, and Uma Dinsmore Tuli, and stories of the sacred feminine traditions throughout history. You'll be invited to connect with your true nature as a woman, tap into the transformational power of your innate feminine wisdom, and use your menstrual cycle as an ever-unfolding map to crack your lady code.

“Lisa Lister is the woman we all wish we were lucky enough to have as our sister. But short of having her on speed dial, this book is the next best thing to a full-on feminine support system!”—Kathleen McGowan, activist and international bestselling author of The Expected One and The Book of Love
“Code Red is a modern priestess guide for women to go within and use their feminine cycles to lead the good life. Lisa Lister sounds the call for you to heal your cycle, accept your ever-changing body, and honor your feminine soul. This is the essential foundation and practice for you to get in your ‘FLO’ and become the powerful force of nature that you are designed to be!"—Alisa Vitti, hormonal health expert and author of WomanCode
“Lisa Lister doesn’t mess around. She’s here to break boundaries and barriers that have been created by what society defines ‘normal’ and, in turn, remind us what’s real. Teaching and leading other girls to honor their divinity inside and out is no easy task, and for that reason alone, I respect Lisa wholeheartedly. As far as I’m concerned, Lisa is part-angel, part-goddess, and part-rocker—she writes in a way that’s friendly, honest, and captivating. This book is filled with ‘aha!’ moments from beginning to end. Let Code Red help you recognize your monthly flow—as a reminder that you are fiercely feminine.”—Kyle Gray, bestselling author of Angel Prayers

Story
The ancient Toltecs believed that life, as we perceive it, is a dream. We each live in our own personal dream, and these come together to form the dream of the planet, or the world in which we live. Problems arise when our perception of the dream becomes clouded with negativity, drama, and judgment (of ourselves and others), because it's in these moments of suffering that we have forgotten that we are the architects of our own reality and we have the power to change our dream if we choose.

Thank the Goddess!
Lisa Lister’s book Witch spoke so deeply to me that I knew this one would too. I’d been looking, maybe even yearning, for something on this topic for a long time. I have never wanted children, and I think the energy of that decision made me feel like I needed to be in that male energy all the time. The information and wisdom she delivers so gently in this book really hit me. That feeling of “remembering” instead of simply learning. It felt like just what I needed. I have no doubt that the email I was sent suggesting this book wasn’t from audible, but from She. She knew this was what my heart was asking for, and She delivered. I can not recommend this book enough. Lisa Lister is a gift to women.

Heart full of love
Oh Lisa I just freaking love you!
Do yourself a favor and listen to this book. I have read many many books on periods and in my experience you can never learn, listen or read too much on the subject. Listening to Lisa (especially during my pre or my bleed) makes me feel like I’m a part of something big and beautiful! I can’t tell you how many times I placed my hand over my heart while listening to this book because of the overwhelming feeling of love was taking over! So beautiful! I love my bleed and my entire cycle. That wasn’t always the case but it’s books like this that helped me get to this place! Highly recommend!
