About this listen

After a tumultuous divorce, Coco Pinchard has found love with the gorgeous, hunky, four-years-younger-than-her-so-technically-a-toy-boy Adam. Her career as an author is finally a success, and she has fabulous friends in Christopher, a neurotic middle-aged socialite, and Marika, a slightly alcoholic dog walker.

Coco is even learning to cope with her awful ex mother-in-law, Ethel, who despite the divorce, still thinks it's fine to criticise, especially when Coco and Adam decide to take the next step, and move in together....

But hours before move-in day, Adam ends their relationship without explanation and disappears. After the initial shock and anger (and an "I told you so" from Ethel), Coco sets out to discover what has really happened, and uncovers a shocking secret Adam has been hiding from her....

Full of hilarious twists and turns, Coco Pinchard's Big Fat Tipsy Wedding is a witty, heart-warming, romantic comedy - the stand-alone sequel to the best-selling The Not So Secret Emails of Coco Pinchard.

this book brightened my day

I very much enjoy the author and his other books. I needed something a little lighter and comical. I enjoy the female narrator. I prefer British authors. I think this can be a lovely listen if you just need something light-hearted.

LOVE this series!

Coco is and her friends and family are so much fun! She reminds me of a slightly older Bridget Jones in the fact that she is relatable, funny, and all too human. over the past 2 yrs I have really become a fan of Mr. Bryndza's....I enjoy all of his books. Jan Cramer narrates this series perfectly too, she's so engaging to listen to and has a very natural reading style. You forget she is reading.

Good characters and storyline

A light hearted easy read. Storyline moves along at a good pace, the narrator does a good job differentiating between the characters.

Laughed so hard

I rarely give a review, but this series made me laugh out loud so many times I was crying. I'm giggling just writing this review. The characters are enjoyable. I loved the relationship between Coco, Marika & Chris, reminds me of friends I have. Not to be left out is, of course, Coco's in-laws. From Meryl & Tony to the oh so politically incorrect Ethel, wh is a hoot. I couldn't get enough of her & I don't want to ruin the ending of the 3rd book, but OMG, I laughed so hard at what happened.

If you want an nice escape from life, something you can laugh it but at the same time get involved with the lives of the characters this series is for you.

My question now is will the author come up with more books of Coco. Maybe Coco Pinchard's Cold Comfort Farm?

A Champion for Us

An FBI agent could not have done any better than he did on ferreting out the truth. Ronan is very much old school trying to present a fair, balanced, and truthful report; refusing to be swayed by pressure and harassment. Sadly, as is well documented in this book, it is a rare talent in journalism today, where ratings and appeasing the Inflamed Armpit, Weistein, and other wealthy men, has become de rigeur in the entertainment business.

Justice will be if the Inflamed Armpit gets life in prison. And why is Openheimer and Lack STILL employed by NBC? Not an NBC fan and will never watch anything they ever produce again. Kinda think I am one of hundreds if not thousands that will boycott such a sick, twisted company.

Ronan's Pulitzer was well deserved. THANK YOU RONAN from every woman who has suffered sexual harassment AND assault and watched our accusers walk away scott free. #metoo
