Great Beginners Guide

I wanted to feel more balanced and less emotional and this book was a great help. The guidance on using crystals, essential oils, and herbs was clear and practical, a lot of information to learn for sure. I really loved the advice on meditation and self care. The author seems to have concisely provided all the information I would have wanted into a four hour audiobook. Includes some extras and is narrated wonderfully. Worth listening!!

A practical guide that actually helped me

My wife is a yoga instructor so I wanted to educate myself about something she cares about. Since I was unfamiliar with the topic, it was nice that the audiobook made it easy to understand without overwhelming me. An added bonus was the narrator’s voice was calming, which made it enjoyable to listen to. One thing I really appreciated was how each section had simple ways to apply the concepts in daily life. I actually tried a couple of the breathing exercises before bed, and I swear I’ve been sleeping better! I can actually say this audiobook is not just theory, this stuff works! If you are new to this topic like I was and want something that feels accessible, this is a great choice. I finished it feeling like I finally had a grasp on something that always seemed too complicated before and my wife is now impressed that I understand concepts she talks about on the regular.
