Really difficult narrator
This book is probably better in print. The information is a LOT to take in without visuals. Worse than that is the narration; it felt as if one of the Disney Princesses was chirping out the narration. She also mispronounced several words (i.e. "Sacra Chakral" instead of Sacral Chakra, "kintestetic" instead of kinesthetic...) just enough to make your brain stop for a moment to wonder what the hell she just said. Additionally, she verbally flies through the reading with no pausing between points. I had to check to see if my playback had inadvertently been bumped to 2X.
I'll have to find this info somewhere else.

Interesting but too fast
Is there anything you would change about this book?
It's a very informative book however they could have slowed the pace down some. The narrator does not give enough time for the listener to process the information. The pace is good for listening to books for entertainment not for listening to books for understanding or knowledge.

Good Information, Difficult Narration
i found the lack of pauses, especially on long lists, difficult to understand. the reader's voice had excellent diction, but the lack of emotions had the educational aspect of the information feel dry and boring. if you ignore the performance, the information was excellent for beginners.
