For Absolute Beginners

This book is all about Chakras. The author breaks down the Chakras to where anyone should be able to learn. This is the first book I've come across which truly explains the Chakras. It is easy to understand and follow. The Mindfulness Habits Team has done their research and truly makes a book for the person who knows absolutely nothing about Chakras. I highly suggest this book for those people but to also the ones who knows some but not all there is to know about Chakras. I've been studying Chakras for years and I managed to learn something new with this audio book. The narration is well done. Michele Brown Miller has a clear, clean and soothing voice. Her narration is easy to listen to and helps to keep the listener interested. Overall, a really great book I believe everyone (other than advanced or up) would benefit from.

This is a great book thoroughly describing our Chakra's and the healing of them. It also includes mediations, which are very helpful as well.

Narration was excellent

Good info but needs PDF for audio

Great information in a good format but if Audio it needs some PDF's. I have to be with pen and paper when listening to jot down some of the informaiton.

Chakra Healing

I am absolutely in love with this book! Last month I completed my first level Reiki training with Margarita and this book was the best tool towards implementing my new path. To begin with, Chakra Healing is a beautifully colorful book. It has wonderful photos, images and an easy to read layout. It is a well-rounded book that covers all levels of your journey. Fantastically done!

This book was very well written and breaks down each chakra, what it does and how to unblock it. Even though this is a short book (3hrs), it is not rushed at all, but instead very precised and to the point on what the issues might be causing the blockage, in a demeanor that can be understood. As I am a beginner with this, this book was fantastic for me and one that I feel I will need to purchase the hard back, so that I can reference it as needed.

The narration was beautifully done by Michele Brown Miller and I could not have suggested another narrator that was more perfect

Great for Chakra fine tuning.

I love the way this book breaks down meditations as needed for fine tuning each Chakra without having to listen to the whole book for a single meditation.
It explains what is taking place in the body emotionally and physically when individual Chakra's are out of tune. And what the benefits are when these Chakra's are in tune. I really enjoyed the quick fix fire breath meditation to fine tune all Chakra's in a short amount of time. I also felt like the narration enhanced the appeal of this material and was well done. Not only will I recommend this book to friends, but I'll be revisiting this listen many times in the future. Great Introduction

This book is wonderful for beginners! It discusses Chakra Healing methods including the use of crystals, essential oils, food, meditation and yoga, among others. The book also includes a section on physical symptoms and their links with the different Chakras. I am looking forward to finishing this book. I'm learning so very much as I am very new to this. It reads very well and easy to understand. Delivery was very quick.
