My Dad is Feeling the Benefits

This is so helpful
I got this for my parent,s who just turned 70. My Dad is still fairly active but my mom has become a bit sedentary. They both started using this audible and my Mom seems to like it a lot, which is fantastic. She said she likes it because the directions are clear and easy to follow and you can do it in under 15 minutes. So glad I found this!
