Great prequel

Jessica did a great putting the prequel together! Now I want to listen to the entire series again. The ending was sad ,but I knew it was going to happen from listening to the series.

I love all of Jessica’s books. I did listen to the next group first before listening to this and it’s a shame how things went. I loved this book and cried at the end. I love all highs and lows and everyone’s growth in this book. I wish I had more time with frank and Cece tho.

Great Prequel!

After reading Property of a Rich Nigga I felt like I needed more. This prequel satisfied that need and more.

Its so good to hear the parents story and i had forgot about the ending. Now I'm about to go back and listen to property again.. Jessica girl!!! I loved it.. but if u haven't read/listen to poperty of a rich go ahead read this first... you will love them all!!!

Awful end plot twist

The audible was fantastic until the epilogue. I’m EXTREMELY disappointed with that. Not ok at all

Awesome prequel to Property of a Rich N1gga series. Franks story explains a lot. Definitely will be listening to this one again.
