Roxy's New Adventure

I was as entertained by book four as the earlier books in this series. One of my favorite things about this series was that the stories have taken place in the city of New Orleans. The descriptive scenes helped to remind me of visits there. I've liked the quirky and unique characters. I admired Roxy's character arc as she changed from a self-effacing person into a strong, independent, and confident woman. I enjoyed the convoluted mysteries, and I thought it was fun trying to puzzle out their solutions. I thought Marissa Pistone's narration was good, and her performance enhanced the story's entertainment. I was given a copy of the audiobook. I volunteered, without financial gain, to post this review which included my honest opinions regarding this story.

Be careful what you wish for...

Roxy is back and all the adventure is right on her doorstep. A study in how success can change our priorities (if we aren’t careful) you’ll never guess the culprit in this one – although there are plenty of obvious ‘bad guys’. Fun narration in this audio book version!

I received a free Audible link for this audio book and this is my honest review.

stupid heroine

I am sick of women so narcissistic they be er learn from thier mistakes. When I find myself hoping the lead character is the next victim it is time to switch to a new genre.
