"I recommend Crossroads as a good clean, often humorous Christian romance." "I love that the author tackled the weighty issues in this book. I usually read to leave the hard parts of daily life behind me, but she handled those hard parts with grace and truth and enhanced the story. A Texas setting is a favorite of mine too. Bravo!" "I absolutely loved this book. I laughed and cried. I cheered and felt as much hopelessness as Mara. Her slow turning was heart wrenching...and humbling...what an awesome God we serve." "Cathy Bryant gives the reader a story that will touch the heart and remind you to give praise to God for all His blessings." "This is a very touching story and so well written, I cried in parts." "Crossroads is one of those books that comes along and quickly finds its way into your heart. From the first page I found myself thoroughly immersed in the characters and their stories. We feel their heartaches, their fears, their struggles....I laughed, I cried, and felt like I took the journey with them. I am now a die-hard Cathy Bryant fan, and can't wait to read more of her books." "If life has treated you roughly lately, if your faith has been on a downward trend, scoop up this book, start reading it, and don't put it down, literally EVER...Probably one of the best books I have ever encountered." Good story

Although the story is interesting, The Virtual voice leaves a lot to be desired. The emphasis is either not there or in the wrong place.
