Essential Listening for business leaders
Having recently been promoted into a management position at work, I needed some extra information about being able to lead and cultivate the right culture amongst my team, to ultimately help myself get seen in the company but also make the place a decent place to work! I have been in enough companies that really sucked before, with bad management and terrible work culture so I wanted to make sure I could do the best job I can by listening to this audible. It was really well narrated, it was easy to follow and the 9 steps were logical in there sequence. The strategies are really easy to implement and I have seen results pretty quickly from taking the advice and using it in my own office. A must for business leaders wanting to make a positive change in the workplace.
