Best in series
I have loved all her books but this is by far the very best! It was entertaining! I listened from beginning to end because I could not stop... not even to eat! I absolutely loved it! The characters are unbelievable but that's what makes it so much fun! Her stories are so unique!

Another great read-listen
The Miss Fortune series is always a delight. Fortune has settled in, since her early days in Sinful, but the action AND Gertie accidents still keep me grinning. Fingers crossed there is another Miss Fortune book forthcoming.

A must listen
Exciting and suspenseful plot with lots of twists. As usual, Jana DeLeon included many hilarious Gertie escapades. Cassandra Campbell's performance is excellent.

my first Miss Fortune
Even though I started this series at the end, it was easy to dive right in. The characters are fun and witty. I must not be detective material because I got confused in the multiple mysteries several times. But that's still better than solving the mystery in the first chapter like some books go. I think I will pick up the first book in the series and continue.
