About this listen

Jake "Griz Killer" Lyman was pure mountain man right through. He has made a home for his wife Rachel and adopted son Daniel in the finest place on earth, with room to live and breathe free. Yet he could read the sign of things to come, and wasn't afraid to face what he'd flushed out. He could see, even in 1835, that the whole grand mountain man way of life was ending.

The beaver were trapped out, too many white men were flooding across the mountains, and a lot of the newcomers had no respect for the land or her native peoples. The Indians were becoming increasingly hostile. He knew he had to do something, not just roll over and play dead. Then Jake "Griz Killer" Lyman had an idea...and it would shock the whole danged frontier!

Hated it. Filled with ridiculousness.

Too much fluff, boring, couldn't finish. Pass this one by. Not worth the effort. Narration was ok, but this storyline, filled with primitive tree hugging, is ridiculous.

Something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes.
