About this listen

Bringing Death to Life shines light onto a subject that is too often feared or avoided in our everyday conversations: death. But the authors of this book suggest that it might be wiser to recognize, understand, and accept death, rather than be frightened of it.

When Patricia lost her parents, she experienced a journey of loss and grief, which later became the catalyst for this book. Patricia shares her story with us as her co-authors, Aidan, Mary Helen, and Pamela, offer insights into a wide range of topics, including facing the fear of death, the aftermath of loss, being present during the death of a loved one, and connecting to signs and messages from beyond.

Prayers, affirmations, and remarkable stories of the afterlife also make up this special, thought-provoking, and deeply comforting book.

A great book for healing in life and death

The stories shared offered a new way to see life and so called death.
This book will be one that I will gift to those on my path that are struggling with loss. I am grateful for the words of these Enlightened individuals and the narrator that brought the information to life. This is a book that I will read and listen to again.

Poor recording but good subject matter

The recording kept repeating over in certain parts, and the narrator kept pronouncing things wrong. It’s the Ho’oponopono prayer not the HO-OPE-O-NONO prayer.

Monotone Narrator

It was a great book (but repeated many stories from Dr. Mary Helen Hensley’s book “Understanding is the New Healing,” which I loved) but the narrator lost my attention many times because of her monotonous tone throughout the entire book. Glad I was able to finish this book.

life changing book, disastrous recording

this book is one of the best I've read on the subject matter. incredibly healing and beautiful material. The reading, however, is a nightmare. There are so many mispronounced words, and many parts of the book repeat a couple of lines in the middle of the chapter. The overall listening quality is very poor but if you can wade through that, I recommend reading it.

Dont waste your time or book credit.

I dont know if the book is written the same way it's read, but every paragraph is repeated twice. At first, I thought it was a minor editing issue, but as the reading went on , paragraph after paragraph was repeated. It eventually became too irritating to continue listening. I am actually going to seek a refund of my credit for purchasing this book. Very disappointing.
