Nice audiobook on box breathing
This audiobook is easy to understand and easy to put into practice. The narrator's voice is pleasant and you truly feel relaxed at the end of the session! There is a nice intro where the author goes into detail about box breathing and breathwork in general. The second half is the breathing session.
