Relaxing

This audiobook has different meditations for self-love, stress relief, deep sleep, and more. The guided sessions are calming and help me stop overthinking and find peace. It's like having a personal mindfulness coach anytime you need one. If you have trouble with sleep, anxiety, or stress, this audiobook is really worth it. Get ready to let it go

For anyone who uses to believes in guided meditations, this audiobook is a winner. I’ve used apps before, but never found anyone I really got into. This audiobook has ten long guided meditations. They would be perfect for the office on a break; shuit the door and select a chapter to follow along to.

As I listened, I thought about how a few chapters would have specific times for me to use; before bed, to reduce stress, during a work break. Let the chapter names guide you and set your own course.

worthwhile 20 minutes per day

This book is a treasure trove of relaxation and mindfulness meditations. From the stillness of breathing to the warmth of awareness one can begin to relax and overcome overthinking by listening to the calming voice of the narrator and following the instructions. You will have conversations with your inner child and practice embracing imperfect harmony (one of my favorite chapters.) I recommend this book to anyone who wants to be more in touch with their mind and body.

Just what I need!

I love how this audiobook includes it all - it's just what I needed and now refer back to sections of it based on what I'm looking to focus on. The meditations are easy and will help me in my self healing journey. I like how you can do it in bits and pieces, like how it's recommended to do even just 20 mins a day. I look forward to incorporating this into my daily routine.
