Lacking
The book didn’t really give great points to actually help quit addiction and focused to much on needing religion to get over it. But the audio was fine and there were a few informative pieces but overall lacking.

Less than expected
It focuses too much on the brain role in sex or porn addiction giving less attention to ways of tackling the problem. Furthermore, it's more relevant for religious people neglecting secular approaches. I wished there is more practical life examples. Though a few tips were worthy noticing.
