Living in a year around Christmas town has its drawbacks. The caroling, the decorations, the insanely cheery spirit, it never disappears. I hired Ben under false pretenses. He may think I don’t know who he truly is, but I do. Even so, I'm tempted to trust him. His family may be full of con artists, but Ben is too innocent for his own good. Trustworthy or not, I'm going to keep him in my sights.

Lots to Learn
I enjoyed getting to meet Porter Sunday. Since he was away at college you really didn’t get to know him in the previous books. I think Theo was thrown off by his feelings and frustrated that Porter wasn’t listening. Once they really started talking things started to improve. Love the wonderful way Theo and Porter’s lives come together. The audio version is really well done.

Why is this so short
The ideas were there but this felt so rushed. This is one of my favorite new series but this feels rushed and like the author just wanted to get it published and done.

Another money maker
The characters are great.. But why is the story so short.. There was so much more story to tell.. Since I know the authors are great storytellers. I do not understand why there wasn't more story.. It felt like it was rushed .. Just so people would spend money..
