Worst LT Ryan book I’ve read.

Hard to believe that this was written by the same author I’ve enjoyed so much with the Jack Noble series. The plot was thin and unbelievable and the characters more cartoon like. The performance was also cartoon like with voices that might better be used with children’s books. Total disappointment and waste of time.

Unbelievable scenario

One of the least believable contemporary stories that I have heard. Bear Logan is pure brute force with no finesse. Greatly outnumbered, Bear kicks the door down and goes in. Little, if any, planning is used in going from one mission to the next. His excursion into North Korea pays lip service to the lockdown that exists in that country. His mission there is illogical. This book is also full of cliches.

Terrible

I’ve read all jack noble series and this by far does not belong. This is not the same beat as previous stories. His characteristics and mood is no where near right. Wish I wouldn’t have wasted my money.

Diasppointed.

Disappointed and disgusted. How did the main character go from a quiet mountain guy to a "surfer" guy just like that? Can't get over the character change. The story was wrapped up too easily and conveniently. Not plausible how easy is it was for the characters to travel back and forth into North Korea. I expected more from the author. He served me "crap". I won't subject myself to another dish from L.T.
