About this listen
Mercy has friends in low places—and in dark ones. And now she owes one of them a favor. Since she can shapeshift at will, she agrees to act as some extra muscle when her vampire friend Stefan goes to deliver a message to another of his kind. But this new vampire is hardly ordinary—and neither is the demon inside of him.
When the undead and the werewolves sent to find him don’t return, the local vampire queen turns to Mercy for help. A coyote is no match for a demon, but Mercy is determined to get her friends back—including the two werewolves circling around her heart.
Adapted from the novel and produced with a full cast of actors, immersive sound effects and cinematic music!
Performed by Khaya Fraites, Rayner Gabriel, Gregory Linington, Christopher McLinden, Wyn Delano, Danny Montooth, Daniel Llaca, Belsheber Rusape, Charlie Albers, David Engel, Elias Khalil, Holly Adams, Ian Russell, James Konicek, James Lewis, Jessica Schly, Jon Vertullo, Julie Hoverson, Karenna Foley, Kay Eluvian, Laura C. Supernatural Bounty Hunter isn't the sort of thing you see on LinkedIn. But with a rare type of magic like mine, I don't have many options. Dangerous or not, the job is mine. And it was going fine, until an old-as-sin vampire stole my mark, and with it, my pay day. Knowing I'm poor and desperate, he has offered me a job. I'll have to work by his side to help solve a top secret case. Everyone knows not to trust vampires. Especially a hot elder vampire.

Story
"Happily Ever After" wasn't supposed to come with a do-over option. But when my husband of twenty years packs up and heads for greener pastures and my son leaves for college, that's exactly what my life becomes. Do-over. This time, though, I plan to do things differently. Age is just a number, after all, and at forty I'm ready to carve my own path. Eager for a fresh start, I make a somewhat unorthodox decision and move to a tiny town in the Sierra foothills. I'll be taking care of a centuries old house that called to me when I was a kid.

Story
Some people are ordained for greatness. Those people usually have a lot of drama in their life. Drama I happily do without. I live in a forgotten corner of nowhere for a reason: there is safety in anonymity. I have enough problems just trying to get by. But when Kieran, a sinfully sexy demigod at the pinnacle of power, crashes into my life, suddenly my whole world is turned upside down. He’s harboring a deadly secret, one that could destroy all he holds dear. He thinks I’m the key to his salvation, and he wants me to help him claim vengeance. He also wants me with a passion.

Story
On the outside, Dina Demille is the epitome of normal. She runs a quaint Victorian Bed and Breakfast in a small Texas town, owns a Shih Tzu named Beast, and is a perfect neighbor, whose biggest problem should be what to serve her guests for breakfast. But Dina is...different: Her broom is a deadly weapon; her Inn is magic and thinks for itself. Meant to be a lodging for otherworldly visitors, the only permanent guest is a retired Galactic aristocrat who can’t leave the grounds because she’s responsible for the deaths of millions and someone might shoot her on sight.

"cinematic" sounds are ridiculous
Yhe background mood music doesn't seem to fit for certain scenes, nor does most of the background noises.
The voice acting is good, though the vampires and witch voices are a bit odd, the overall acting is pretty good with enough emotion and excitement.
I enjoy the storyline and look forward to listening to the rest of it for that reason.

Good story! Live this series.
The dramatized version does take some getting used to with the different voices. Overall well done

Another great performance
The cast and sound team deserves a pat on the back. The dramatization did make some parts creepier than I remembered

Great Story, voice actors need to re ad the books.
Great story! Will always support and re-read these books! Stefan's voice actor is the absolute worst choice. He sounds like he never read a description of the character.

Graphic Audio- meh
It just isn’t for me. Too much music in the background and every sound the lead character made sounded sexual.

Mercy Thompson
Another wonderful GraphicAudio adaptation. I love Mercy Thompson, despite being viewed as fragile and weaker than the others. She has a strong wheel and does whatever she has to do, in order to protect, those that she cares about.
I really enjoyed this book and I can’t wait to listen to the next one.

Good but Lorelai King is better
In general I love Graphic Audios but sometimes they don’t get the casting voices quite right. I agree with everyone who said Stephan should have more of a European accent. While Sam is spot on Adam just doesn’t sound like an alpha to me. Overall good but Lorelai King does a better Adam, her quiet and dangerous Adam voice is just spectacular and rings with power whereas this voice actor mostly sounds like a regular guy. The guy who voices Curran in the Kate Daniels version did much better.
