Story good… but

Could have done without the S&M description. Not necessary, to a somewhat humorous mystery.

Great narration!

I loved the narration and really like Kelsey Grammar. The story was weak and light, but fairly entertaining. Loved all the females but needs more depth in the next one.

Fun Mystery

A little predictable toward the end but overall entertaining with the nice soothing voice of Kelsey. Kelsey Grammer does a good job of reading, a bit overly focused on sex but an enjoyable book that you can listen to while doing other things and not miss too much.

Love Love This Book

I absolutely love this book. I love the lighthearted writing, the craggy detective, AND I love Kelsey Grammer's voice, This book literally makes me laugh out loud with the descriptions and feelings I imagine in my head. Being in law enforcement myself, I can see and hear these words just like they came out of my own mouth! I talk about this book to those I work with as well as my husband because I have enjoyed it so much!! Thank you Kelsey and Laurie for such a great experience!!

Performance was spot on, liked the story- kept my interest and guessing. Enjoyed my time in this book.

Good murder mystery with interesting twists and turns. Really enjoyed Mr. Grammer's narration. Held my attention through the entire book!

Cheese with a side order of cringe

Interesting plot and characters, with plenty of twists and suspects. Pretty far fetched ending though, and all too neatly wrapped up for my liking. Smultz doesn’t cover it. Kelsey Grammer has a great voice for audiobooks but as a keen watcher of “Fraser”, it jarred that the main character was not like “Fraser” who i was hearing speak - apart from adolescently falling for and copping off with all the single women!

Great Oration

I loved the story up to the end. it got very conviluted . The ending felt more rushed and less thought out.

Kelley Grammer is Amazing!

A++ to the reader! The story however sits someplace around a C-. I felt the story was very slow at times with a soap opera sorta feel to it. The Author introduces way too many characters and a lot of them have nothing directly to do with much of anything.
