Don't Bother
By far the most vague coaching book I've ever read/listened to. Everything after the first chapter is redundant, I can't belive I actually listened to the whole thing. The only way I would suggest anyone listen to this is if they have never read/listened to a coaching book before. This book is simply a summary of any other coaching book, full of buzz words, catch phrases and jargon. Every chapter sounds the exact same.
