This is an emotional roller-coaster. Trigger warning for anyone plagued with a tumultuous mother - daughter relationship, but excellent none the less.

Love Heidi Perks books. As a recent reader of her books, I love the style of writing and the feeling like I’m in the midst of the story!

What a fantastic read!

This was a very different book from my usual mystery’s and thrillers but so very capturing and entertaining from the very beginning. A definite must read.

What a wonderful story, loved it from first page to last page. I loved how it all pulled together in the end. I found myself setting on edge of my chair with tears pouring down my face, saying no no pls no with the last page. Highly recommend:)

I really like this book

The storyline was riveting. It’s not an off the hook, meaning I caught your attention immediately. I don’t want to spoil your reading so I won’t go into too much detail so I will just say it was a great book.

Excellent!

It starts off slow, but give it a chance. It has a twisty story line that will hold your interest in, and the narration is perfect.

I liked it

It started out interesting, but I struggled to finish it for the most part! It finally got my attention toward the end. I did loved the narrator's accents!

Mistakes and poor matetnal decisions!

loved it...emotional powerful story of desertion, loss and love. Deeply sad and a message to learn forgiveness

Every thing about this book was marvelous! Every surprise remained a surprise until the very moment. Such a great storyline that hit all the highs and lows and back to highs.

Definitely BUY this book! You won't regret it.
