Story
In Hold On to Your Kids, Dr. Neufeld and Dr. Maté explore the phenomenon of peer orientation: the troubling tendency of children and youth to look to their peers for direction—for a sense of right and wrong, for values, identity and codes of behavior. But peer orientation undermines family cohesion, poisons the school atmosphere, and fosters an aggressively hostile and sexualized youth culture. It provides a powerful explanation for schoolyard bullying and youth violence; it is an escalating trend that has never been adequately described or contested.

It’s time for a childbirth revolution. Childbirth has always been, and always will be, a significant rite of passage that transforms a woman into a mother. However, the modern approach to maternity care fails women, families, and care providers with outdated practices that center the needs of institutions rather than individuals. In this audiobook, Rachel Reed demonstrates how childbirth can be reclaimed to center women and support birth physiology.

Story
These days, no one in America feels immune to violence. But now, in this extraordinary, groundbreaking book, the nation's leading expert on predicting violent behavior unlocks the puzzle of human violence and shows that, like every creature on earth, we have within us the ability to predict the harm others might do us and get out of its way. Contrary to popular myth, human violence almost always has a discernible motive and is preceded by clear warning signs.

Models is the first book ever written on seduction as an emotional process rather than a logical one, a process of connecting with women rather than impressing them. It's the most mature and honest guide on how a man can attract women without faking behavior, without lying and without emulating others. A game-changer.

Some chapters better than others
I had a hard time with some of the wording. I did not like the birthing goddess one. Other chapters were great for relaxation and mindfulness.

Great meditations
This book helped me better than the others. I like that I was able to use whichever meditation that worked for me. It helped me to go to sleep at night and it helped me throughout my labor!

Amazing!!!
My friend told me about this album a month ago and we listened to the meditations together and now after just buying the album, it seems to have some extra tracks which are amazing! I'm nearing the end of my pregnancy and these hypnobirthing tracks and meditations are making me feel so positive about the birth. I'm actually excited about going into labour and I feel so empowered! I really feel like the authors have a genuine warmth about them, the voices are great and I can't wait to write another update after the birth. Highly recommend!

Some seems to be missing.
In the first session it's meant for you to listen while awake or in labor. There is no 10 minutes of music as the instructor mentions. It makes it kinda worthless as a practice or focus while laboring.
