The secluded rental cabin offers Jim Traynor exactly what he needs: peace and quiet to finish his latest book, and maybe a little inspiration for a new series. There’s even a little dog named Buster to provide an adorable distraction. Buster’s owners, however, bring distraction of a very different kind. The 3 bears

I mostly enjoyed this book, but it’s marketed as having more detail than what the author included. Three guy enjoy winter in the woods, and they have a cute dog. It’s a low angst book that ends happily. It’s nice.

But nice is all I found it. Even though though the “main” main character is Jim, I kind of thought he remained a bit of a blank slate, so it was easy to root for him but hard for me to attach to him.

Steam: Medium low. Maybe medium? but the marketing is for MMM extra steamy, so when, after finally getting to the first romp in the boudoir, we jump scenes by a couple weeks, I felt there was too much detail missing. I’m trying not to be too hard on the author for not meeting my expectations since I didn’t commission this, I just expected more action.

Narration: No complaints. I’m happy that there are narrators who treat sexier romances seriously so I can listen to them and complain they aren’t sexy enough.

Vulnerability & Open to new experiences is why I love M/M romance books

I love this book! The tenderness of the narration really brings home the words. I've listened to it twice now, and if you are wanting one of the most emotionally tender, honest, sweet, books with mature and well developed characters, consider this one. There's no extra words, scenes, or chapters, everything serves a purpose. The emotional vulnerability of Micheal and Julian, mixed with the open to new experiences of Jim, is what I love most about this book. Well done to all who had a part in this short but powerful book.

So sweet and sexy!

This is such a sweet and sxey listen. I love Michael, Julian and Jim! They are so perfect for each other. This is such a beautiful story and John Solo does an amazing job with this narration. He brings so much life into this story and I just fell in love with even more.

Love everything about this book! Excellent character development with realistic plot. You can feel how real the love is 💕. Narration on point. Highly recommend!

Best Bears

I enjoyed listening to this story. Our "bears" were a couple of heartbroken guys trying to fill a void. Jim is a man that focuses mainly on his work until he meets Michael and Julian and then he starts to see how much is missing from his life. These men coming together was sweet, even though there were times they frustrated me. I would definitely recommend this.

Such A Wonderful Read

This book was such a nice breath of fresh air. The characters feel so real and complex. Their feelings are palpable, and I can't help but imagine myself there with them. Definitely cried a few times! very good read. Tantalizing sex scenes as well! Ghost pepper spice~

Stunning

Wow what a wonderful story. This storyline was so interesting I loved the way the characters interact with each other they feel so much and even though they have difficulty in the end they come together again. Listening to this story was so exciting and I loved it. Julian, Michael and Jim fit together like pieces of a puzzle and make a great final piece.the narration was spot on.

Bears, Oh My!

This story is a fun tale of meeting up and finding out it works for everyone. I like that Julian and Michael are solid in their relationship which probably makes them more ready to bring Jim into their hearts and lives. Jim has to take his own risks to embrace what is happening. A feel good story all around.

I listened to the audio version and really enjoyed the reading.

When Jim decides to take some time for himself in a secluded cabin, he never thought that his life would change. Meeting Julian and Michael sparks something in Jim. Soon emotions come into play and feelings are on the line. Will the three find a way to come together or will this chance pass them by?

I enjoyed this book and its characters. Julian and Michael are a great couple and the love that they have for each other is strong. I loved the way they shared and wanted Jim in their lives. It was nice to see the three find their way. Each man has a strong personality, yet they fit together nicely. The three are good together and soon hard decisions need to be made. Love is strong between the three, but can they take the plunge and risk their hearts? I loved seeing the relationship grow and deepen between them. The author weaves a good story and narrator John Solo does a god job of bringing the characters and their emotions to life and I was quickly immersed in story.
