A sweet musician

I went into this mostly blind. I saw single parent and pounced on it. Glad I did! I’ve read/listened to so many rocker stories where the lead was a total a-hole and needed to redeem himself. Don’t get me wrong. In order to get to the HEA there was some misunderstandings and groveling that needed to be done. But…everything was so sweet and included such an adorable baby and her “baby whisperer”. Thank you for the chance to get to know this group of rockers!

This is the third story in the "Near Miss" series. It is a stand alone read that is a slow burn story about best friends who become more. The story is about Jude, Ren and Charlie. Jude is a rock star with the band "Indigo King". He has just returned to town and stops into his best friends store. He is concerned about her. She is there with her young daughter. He has nick named her Charlie. As he tried to help Ren out he grows attached. This is a good story. I love the chemistry between the characters. He is wonderful with little Charlie as well as Ren. Such a good read. I thought the narrator did a really great job as well.

Barely is book 3 in the Near Miss series, but can be read as a standalone. Its a slow burn romance between 2 best friends, Jude & Ren. It a sweet, low angst, non typical rockstar romance that will give you all the feels.
